PIMAZE AL: 1-4g/L Wetting Agent (Non-Ionic): 1-2g/L Detergent: 1-2g/L Wet pick up: 70% - 100% 60°C to 80°C for about 20min, followed by hot washes. Operational pH: 5 to 8 (Optimum 6.5 to 7.5) Operational temperatures: 30°C to 90°C (Optimum 60°C to 80°C) |
| DESCRIPTION |
PIMAZE AL is a thermal stable liquid alpha amylase enzymatic product developed specifically for use in warm to hot liquor (30°C - 90°C ) for desizing of textiles, fabrics and garments. Treated goods will yield softer handle, excellent wettability, better dyeability, overall less susceptible to problems that would otherwise surface during fabric / garment after processing. The use of this product does not affect the quality of treated goods although a slight loss in weight of the treated goods is expected due to removal of sizes from the treated fibres. PIMAZE AL is a water-based product. It is non-flammable, and not a marine pollutant. It does not contain NP/APEO. |
