Ice Machine Application
Linsky plate ice machines are available in capacities ranging from 1 to 40 tons per day. We classified all plate ice making equipments into 3 categories: small capacity, large capacity and containerized type.
Plate Ice irregular transparent sheet ice, size around of 40×40mm to 80×80mm, which dimension is adjustable on request. Ice thickness is between 10~15mm, and it reaches to 25mm by Linsky tailor-made plate ice machine. The thickness of plate ice makes it suitable for long storage.

1) Food-grade: we use the food-grade material to manufacture the machine, all the parts which are contacting water and ice are aluminum or stainless steel 304.
2) Easy and safe operation: we use PLC micro-computer program and touch screen to control the machine, so it is easy to operate the machine; all the wires are well-protected, and the Freon gas is a kind of stable and safe gas, so it is safe to operate it.

The diagram of plate ice machine working principle
As shown, cold water in tank (06) is delivered (05) by pump (09) to the cold water distribution pipes (02) which are on top of plate evaporator. Evenly flow on evaporators (05), cold water forms water film and through drain pan (03) back to cold water tank (06), this process will be recycled.
When reach to the set thickness, the cold water pump stop to work and refrigeration system switches to ice defrost mode. Hot gas flows from refrigerant inlet (04) into plate evaporators (05) and generates heat. Meanwhile, warm water pump (12) starts to run and delivers water to warm water distribution pipes (01). The warm water will be sprinkled between two evaporator plates. Hot gas plus the heat generated by warm water both make ice quickly fall off evaporator and drop into ice crusher (11).
Water in drain pan after gradually cooled will flow into cold water tank (06) and then be reused for the next ice making cycle.

1. What should I prepare to buy the ice machine from you?
(1) We will need to confirm your exact requirement on the ice machine's daily capacity, how many tons of ice do you want to produce/consume per day?
(2) The install place power/water confirmation, for most big ice machines, will need run under 3 Phase industrial use power, most Europ/Asia countries is 380V/50Hz/3P, most North and South America countries are using 220V/60Hz/3P, please confirm with our salesman and make sure it is available in your factory.
(3) With all above details confirmed, then we are able to provide you the exact quotation and proposal, a Proforma Invoice will be provided to guide you the payment (T/T or L/C or Trade Assurance Order on Alibaba.com directly) to close the deal, for all our standard design, we will need about 35~45 working days on the production.
(4) After the production done, the salesman will send you test report or video to confirm the ice machines production capacity and performance, then you can arrange the balance and we will arrange the delivery for you. All documents including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List will be provided for your importation.

2. How to install the ice machine?
(1) For most air cooling type ice machine, as it is all in one design, you need only connect the power and water, then it can be put to use. Manual book and video will be provided you guide you the installation and operation.
(2) For the water cooling type ice machine or the split designed ice machine, will need to assemble the cooling tower and connect the water pipe..., Manual book and video will be provided you guide you the installation and operation. We can also send our engineer to guide you each step, only need you to take care of the VISA, TICKETS, foods, and accommodation.

3. What if I buy your ice machine, but I cannot find the solution for the problem?
All Linsky ice plants come out with at least 12 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 12 months, we will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, we will supply the parts and service only for factory cost. Please provide the copy of Sales Contract and describe the problems appeared.
