Installation method

Although the metal hose can be compressed or stretched, if not installed in the correct position, it will break quickly, reducing service life.
Hoses can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely, preferably vertically, and should not be installed near the wheels. If necessary, baffles can be installed.
Generally, metal hose can be divided into three lengths: the first is the compression length, that is, the length of the hose to the limit position; The second is the mounting length, which is the length of the hose at the middle of the middle of the maximum displacement; The third is the stretch length, the length at which the hose is stretched to its maximum limit.
Hose should be installed in the middle position, the so-called installation length. When installed at this position, the hose can move in two directions when subjected to axial load. In the actual installation process, considering that it may affect production efficiency to use the ruler to measure the length of the hose according to the calculation results before installation, some foreign manufacturers directly install the ruler on the hose, and cut off the ruler after installation.

2. The metal hose surface should be protected when welding at the construction site to prevent welding slag and arc burn of the metal hose.
3. Flexible metal hose installation is strictly prohibited.
4. Do not bend along the root of the metal hose, there should be no dead bend.
5. The media shall not be corrosive to the bellows material, and the content of chloride ions in the medium shall be no more than 25PPM.
