Stainless Steel Compressed Mesh Gasket is manufactured from best quality raw material and advanced technology in accordance with defined international industrial quality standard.
The raw materials of knitted wire mesh gasket are mainly stainless steel wire or tinned copper steel wire. The metal wires are knitted by the circle knitting machine to form a knitted mesh.
The knitted mesh is soft but stable and durable.The knitted wire mesh gasket commonly consists of a layer of knitted wire mesh over a low-closure-force rubber, foam or elastomer core.

Stainless Steel Compressed Mesh Gasket is a universal EMC gasket for EMI and RFI shielding. It is widely used in the magnetic and electrical fields including EMP.
It can allow the recovery after compression. The knitted wire mesh gasket can also be all metal, which is commonly used in the heavy duty applications, including the EMP or high temperature applications.
Stainless Steel Compressed Mesh Gasket/Cable shielding mesh is an all-metal, tinned copper shielding mesh in knitted structure. Extremely fine tinned copper wires are knitted into a cylinder mesh providing excellent flexibility.
The interlocking structure is stable and easily elongates to be compatible with power cable insulation.It is regard as a cost effective shielding solutions. It is wrapped around cables harness for EMI and ESD suppression.
