This machine is our company independent research and development of an efficient liquid degassing equipment, wide application, can be used in the beverage, wine, and other industries fluid degassing, equipment includes the following several parts, by the vacuum pump, the suction centrifugal pump, conical tower and electrical control box of four plates, this machine is a high degree of automation, it is ok to customers to use only one key to start.
Working principle
Equipment principle of work is also very simple, first by the vacuum pump out the air in the conical tower, tower internal pressure forming negative pressure state, control the about -0.07 Mpa, and then open the pneumatic inlet valve, the liquid is sucked into the tower, after design principle of conical tower, to separate the liquid and gas, and finally by the negative pressure centrifugal pump will not contain the liquid out of the gas, The entire process of liquid degassing is completed.
