Product Description

300L 3HL fermentation tank is used to fermenting the wort, which is transferred from heat exchanger after wort cooling. It is one part of brewing progress of beer equipment, normally happens before bottling or kegging. The fermentation tank also can be called cylindrical conical tank, fermentation vessel, primary fermentor or unitank, the unitank can be used for both fermenting or lagering. Fermenting is the process during yeast transform into wort, and wort will be cooled by glycol jacket, the temperature will be controlled automatically. Lagering is given the beer stabilize and aging after fermenting.

Basically, the fermenter will be designed 60°conical bottom for recycling yeast conveniently. Other accessories for CIP spray ball, manway, sample valve, dry hopping port, pressure relief valve etc is included.
