300L 3HL 2.5 bbl ss electric two body three vessel beer brewing system
300L 3HL brewing system is suitable for small commercial beer business. It is normally used in the bar or restaurant. If the floor area of premises has limitations, it is normal to go with two body-three vessel combination, which is a little special structure in brewery, which consists of a combined vessel of mash/lauter tun on top and whirlpool tun or hot liquor tank on bottom, and another vessel is brew kettle. This kind structure is suitable for those who want to lauter wort by gravity without grant, do fly sparge, save budget or save floor area etc. It can be placed in restaurants, pub, bars, hotels or independent brewing room, which is common and popular in some European countries. Considering the brewhouse capacity is not large, we think it is OK to go with electric, which is economic type as we well compare with steam heating.
Basically, one set of complete electric beer brewing system includes Grain Miller, Beer Brewhouse, Fermentation Unitank, Glycol Cooling System, Brewery Control Cabinet, CIP system etc.
