3 types of JS series concrete mixers are available: gear reducer type, cycloidal pin reducer and planetary reducer type. 

JINSHENG JS series double horizontal shaft compulsory concrete mixer is a multi-function mixer. It can mix stiff concrete, plastic concrete, light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar, with features of compact structure, stable working, uniform mixing, easy operation and short cycle time.

It can be used independently or combined with PLD batching machine into concrete batching plant.

1. Mixing system

Mixing system includes drum, shafts, mixing arms, mixing blades and side blades. There are two horizontal mixing shafts with mixing arms and blades on each one to achieve good concrete effect. There are also side blades on both ends of the shafts to scrape the concrete on the mixer inner walls and change the direction of concrete.

Gears are treated with harden tooth surface for longer service life. The mixing blades and liner plates adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel to prolong the service life. The blades also have better torsional and bending strength. 

2. Feeding system

There is a winch to pull the feeding hopper with steel wire. When rises to a certain height, the two lower hopper rollers go to the horizontal rails and the hopper door is open to discharge into the mixer drum.

High sensitivity travel upper and lower limits are adopted to control the hopper travel safely. High grade steel wire is used for longer service life.

Upper rails can be folded for easy transportation.  

3. Water system

The water for concrete mixing is given by the pump to spray pipes via throttle valve. The water volume is controlled by the relay in the electric box with supply error of ±1%. The valve can adjust the water flow. Multi-pipe water spraying to ensure even water distribution.

4. Discharging system

Discharging port for concrete is in the bottom of the mixer drum. Pneumatic opening is equipped and manual open is available in case of power off. There is sealing plate between the discharging gate and drum. 

5. Electric control system

Electric control system includes air switch and relays with protection of short circuit and overload. The control buttons are equipped on the door with cover. All the electric parts inside the box are assembled on one insulation board for safety reason.
