In addition, we recommend steam heating for 3500L beer brewing tanks if budget allows. Compared with electric heating, it is more easily to get better quality wort. As we know the steam will circulate around the kettle instead of contacting with wort directly. Besides, the heating strength can be easily controlled by adjusting the flow and pressure of steam.

 1.) Two Vessel Brewhouse, Mash/Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun with double size Hot liquor Tank. It allows to brew 1-2 batches per day. 

2.)  Steam heating guarantees vigorous heating in Mash/Lauter, Kettle/Whirlpool tun tun and hot liquor tank. 

3.)  Two stages heat exchanger gives prompt wort cooling within 30-40 minutes.
