Grinding:
The main purpose of grinding is to use mechanical force to peel the wheat grains, then scrape the endosperm from the bran, and then grind the endosperm into a certain fineness of wheat flour
The basic method of grinding:squeeze, shear, scrape and impact. Through the squeezing, shearing, friction and scraping of the wheat, the wheat is gradually broken, and the endosperm is gradually peeled from the cortex and ground into powder.

Sieve:
The use of high-speed rotating bodies and components to produce repeated and strong collisions between the relatively pure wheat endosperm particles, so that the endosperm impacts into a certain degree of fineness of wheat flour
Clean powder:
The main purpose of clean powder is to divide the ground mixture into gluten, endosperm with gluten and pure endosperm grains according to the quality of the combined action of airflow and sieving, so as to achieve the purification of wheat dregs and wheat core.
Screening: The purpose of sieving is to classify the ground material mixture according to the particle size of the particles, and sift out the wheat flour.
