COLO-1118 powder coating ovens are equipped with 2 trolleys,with inside and outside sets.

The trolleys quality is solid and durable, convenient and fast to loading and transporting workparts.

The trolleys always keep the workparts clean that will not pollute the oven,achieve the best curing effect.

PLC Control Panel

PLC panel allows the operator accurately setting desired temperature & heating time as well as adjust the unit accordingly, with alarms function to ensure safety.

Circulation Fan

0.75kw circulation fan speeds up hot airflow that leads to uniform heated chamber and quality cured finishes.

We use aluminium fans which are sturdy and durable.

Rockwool Wall

Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, ensure minimum temperature difference.
