DOOR SKIN

      The moulded door skin is one of our main products. There're two types of moulded door skins avaiable now: Melamine faced MDF moulded door skin and veneer faced MDF door skin.        
      The Melamine faced MDF moulded skin is pressed in the hot presser with melamine face and MDF/HDF base in various patterns. The veneer faced MDF door skin is lamineted with wood veneers on pressed MDF/HDF base of various patterns. A second hot press is needed to consolidate the lamination.

The door skins are pressed with extremely heat and pressure compression and has a special decorative layer which is anti-scratch, water proof, fire-retardant, noise deadening, and pre-finished. It has beautiful shining surface. HDF door skins are also called molded door skins.We have customized more than 100 different molding designs/patterns such as 2-panel, 3-panel, 4-panel, 5-panel, 6-panel, oval, etc.
