FAQ
1. What are the grades of hair? Do you have 9a/10a/8a/..grade?
A: Actually, grade is the way that Chinese value their hair. We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are best quality.
2. What is single drawn, double drawn and super double drawn hair? What is your highest quality hair and what makes it high quality?
A: They're all our qualities and the difference among them is the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles. Single drawn hair has thin end because the amount of short hair mixed inside is the most but super double drawn has very thick end almost same length. It's the best quality we have.
3. Is your weft line double weft or single weft? Can you ensure that it won't shed or tangle?
A: Now all our weft line is double weft so we can make sure it won't shed at all.
4. Can I bleach the dark hair? Black to platinum? Can it be lifted to 613 and remain its integrity?
A: Normally remy hair can be dyed to dark brown colors and it also depends on your technology. We also have a type called virgin hair from one girl which is very special for dyeing and bleaching
5. What's the size you have?
A: We have 6-32 inches, sometime we also have 34-40 inches but limited quantity?
6. Do you offer single donor hair or multiple donor?
A: We offer both of them which are virgin hair from one donor and remy hair.
7. Does your hair have a lot of short hairs?
A: It depends on the quality you choose. If you choose super double drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very little, so you can see the end of hair is very full.
8. What is your wave or curl pattern process? Is it heavily chemically processed, lightly chemically processed or steamed processed?
A: All curly hair is made by hot steam. We don't use any chemical at all.
For wavy we have both natural wavy and hot steam wavy.
