1. It satisfies all requirements of field test.
The tester can simultaneously output standard six-phase current and six-phase voltage with 30A/phase current and 125V/phase voltage. Connecting six phase current in parallel can acquire 180A current. The tester can not only test traditional relays and protective devices, but also test modern microcomputer-based protective devices, especially the differential protection of transformers and automatic switching devices of stand-by power supply. Testing becomes more convenient and perfect.
2. All technical parameters meet the criteria DL/T624-1997 Technical Specifications of Test Equipment Based on Micro-computer for Relaying Protection issued by the Ministryof Electric Power Industry.
3. The host machine, which has embedded high performance IPC (industrial personal computer), can run independently with its 300—600MHz main frequency, 128M memory, 6—12G hard disk and Windows XP operating system.
4. It was the first one in the industry to apply imported stainless steel panel, stainless steel keypad, touch-pad mouse, which overcomes such defects of trackball mouse as difficulty in operating and prone to damage. The TFT true color display is employed with a size of 8.4 inch and its resolution being 800×600. Consequently, the overall operation of the host machine becomes convenient and durable.
5. The main control board is of DSP+FPGA structure, outputting 16 bit DAC, which may generate 2000 points high density sine wave per week to fundamental wave, greatly ameliorate the quality of waveform and improve the accuracy of tester.
6. The power amplifier is hi-fi linear type, which can both guarantee the precision of low current and the stability of heavy current.
7. The device can directly access to PC machine through USB interface, needless of any patch cord.
8. The device can run by access to notebook computer, which is installed with a same software, needless to relearn how to operate.
9. The device has GPS synchronous testing function with embedded synchronization card (matching), which accesses to PC machine through RS232 interface, so the synchronous testing by exchanging two testers in different places can be achieved.
10. The tester is equipped with independent special DC with auxiliary voltage source output, whose output voltages are 110V (1A), 220V (0.6A), for the purpose of meeting the power need of DC relay or protective devices.
11. The tester has the function of auto-regulation by software, avoiding the calibration accuracy by opening cabinet to regulate potentiometer, so the stability of accuracy is greatly improved.
