Product Introduction
The new generation of Wetown X-Force resin cast dry-type transformer was launched in 2020. With the advantages of low noise, low loss, low weight, low temperature rise, low partial discharge, high overload, high configuration and high protection, we can provide 10kV series transformer with the capacity from 50kVA to 4000kVA and 35kV series transformer with the capacity from1000kVA to 20000kVA.
Wetown X-Force series resin cast dry-type transformers are widely used in public facilities, infrastructure, high-rise buildings, railways, highways, airports, subways, bridges, tunnels, ships, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metal smelting, mining, oil, natural gas, power generation, urban water supply, water treatment, aviation, aerospace, etc., which can meet the applications in a variety of environments, provide you with stable and reliable energy conversion, and help you save energy and increase efficiency.
High voltage winding | using high conductivity copper wire, imported resin and static mixing system for casting, to ensure product’s quality. | ||||||
Low voltage winding | made of high conductivity copper foil and high quality resin insulating material, and the winding at both ends are sealed to adapt to the high pollution environment. The low voltage winding in special environment can be poured. | ||||||
Iron core | made of low-loss oriented electrical steel, low no-load loss, low noise, low current, surface covered with two-component paint, suitable for harsh environment | ||||||
Iron yoke pad | Isolate the mechanical vibration of the iron core and winding, thus reducing the emission of noise | ||||||
Clamp & roller | made of steel plate, processed by laser with high precision; Roller is designed for easily moving the transformer when transformer is being installed. | ||||||
Air-cooled system | after air-cooled system starts up, the operating temperature of the transformer can be effectively reduced and the overload capacity of the product can be increased. | ||||||
