The filling line special for 3- & 5-gallons barrelled drinking water, with different types. It integrates bottle washing, filling and capping into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of washing and sterilizing. The washing machine uses multi-washing liquid spray and thimerosal spray. This thimerosal can be used circularly. The capping machine can cap barrel automatically. This line equips with water spraying device in order to ensure those caps sterile and clean. It also can automatically carry out barrel washing, sterilizing, filling, capping counting and products discharging.
1. De-capping machine: This part is designed for 3- & 5-gallon bottles in water production line. It is used to pull out the cap of recycling bottle before rinsing.
2. External brusher machine: Only the 3- & 5-gallon barrels need the external brusher machine which is used for all-around cleaning the outside of the bottle. This process significantly improves cleaning efficiency.
3. Automatically up-loader: Automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling machine and put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station.
4. Washing part
In our isolated washing machine, the barrel will be cleaned by multiple liquid -- From alkali water to disinfecting water, then to pure water. In order to make sure every barrel can be cleaned completely.
