Application and features of Monoblock refrigeration unit

Application Requirement

The joints of cold room are sufficiently sealed to prevent water leak, heat leak, and condensate;

Cold room colder than - 5℃ needs to have drapes or air curtain;

Cold room rooftop should have good ventilation;

exhaust fan should be installed if necessary;

The goods with moisture should be sealed when being stored in the cold room;

Working Principle

The liquid refrigerant (HFC) evaporates and absorbs heat in the low pressure heat exchanger (evaporator). The steam thereof is compressed in the compressor and turns into high temp high pressure gaseous refrigerant, which then is condensed into low temperature high pressure liquid refrigerant in another heat exchanger (condenser)
