Precautions before operation
1. When using the tube press for the first time, it should be crimped 20 to 30 times without load, and it can be used after observing that all parts are normal.
2. When using the pipe press in winter, it should be withheld for 20 to 30 times without load to increase the oil temperature.
3. Press the open button, after the mold base is opened, select the corresponding mold to install on the mold base according to the specifications of the hose to be crimped, and adjust the micrometer scale (see the crimping parameter table for details).
4. Place the hose with the joint in the proper position in the press head, so that the entire length is crimped at one time.
5. Press the crimping button to execute crimping operation, until the crimping head stops crimping and automatically opens the mold.
6. Take out the crimped hose assembly and use a vernier caliper to check the outer diameter of the crimped joint jacket. If it does not match the parameter table, fine-tune the micrometer scale until the crimping of the next hose meets the requirements.
Operation steps for withholding tubing
1. Calculate the outer diameter of the crimped tubing, install the corresponding crimping die, and fine-tune to the corresponding position.
2. Use manual or mechanical means to peel off the outer skin of the rubber tube.
3. Install the metal jacket of the joint, and then put the joint iron core into the inner hole of the hose.
4. Turn on the switch of the crimping machine and start the tightening button. Through the thrust of the oil cylinder, the metal jacket, the rubber tube and the iron core are tightly combined.
5. Start the release button, take out the hose, and complete the crimping of the hose.

Pipe press maintenance
1. Replace the hydraulic oil in the tank when it exceeds the hydraulic oil manufacturer's regulations, or check the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized and darkened, it must be replaced.
2. Frequently inject anti-wear lubricant into the moving surface of the mold base.
3. During the working hours of the non-pressing machine, please cover the dust cover to prevent sundries from falling into the mold base.
4. Prevent dirt and other impurities from entering the hydraulic oil tank. If the pressure oil tank of the crimping machine enters the tiny impurity particles, they will scratch the plunger pump, jam the valve, block the oil port, and cause the crimping machine to malfunction.
5. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil and filter. Hydraulic oil contains a variety of additives, these additives can prevent oil deterioration. However, it will lose its effectiveness after using it for a period of time. Therefore, the oil should be changed regularly to ensure that the additives are effective. The crimping machine filter can only absorb a limited number of dirt particles and other impurities from the oil. Please change the oil return filter of the hydraulic oil tank every 1000 working hours, and clean the suction filter of the hydraulic oil tank of the pipe crimping machine when changing the hydraulic oil, so as to keep the pipe press system clean.
6. Discharge the dirt from the oil tank of the crimping machine regularly. It is very important to regularly discharge the deposits in the oil tank to remove impurities in the oil, but it is also very important to regularly replace the hydraulic oil in the entire hydraulic system. This is the only reliable method to completely remove the impurities in the pipe buckle system, oxidized hydraulic oil and other harmful impurities. Then, clean hydraulic oil should be refilled into the crimping system.
