2.1 Formulation

2.2. Printing technology
2.2.1 Printing condition
A．To reach the best result, we suggest to print at moisture condition of 50-80%，and note the impact of temperature to operability . Please make sure to extend the curing time when moisture is higher than 80% to avoid stickness and poor washing fastness. When moisture is less than 50%, we suggest to add MDR wetting agent to avoid the chocking problem.
B．Squeegee：75 hardness oil based
C. Mesh ：40-80 mesh
D. Curing: at 130-140℃ X 90s ,heat press 135℃ X 10s
2.2.2 Printing process
2.3 Notes:
A．Please add 1-2% PC600 fixer if you need to increase the fastness. Make sure to stir evenly and use up the mixed inks within 72 hours. Please test the compatibility if your fixer is from another company.
B．982 render paste is for Modal /Odile fabric base, 985 render paste is for mercerized cotton base.

3.1 Conditions for Making Mesh
Testing size：200*200mm real printing
Testing fabric：100% cotton
Printing condition: 2 times printing, 2 squeegee each time
Curing condition：135℃X90s
