This series of packers are designed to fill valve bags with a range of dry granular, pellet, powdered material or the mixture of them. Fast packing speed and high accuracy are two of the many advantages. They are ideal for a wide range of products such as Barite, Silicon Sand, Calcined Flint Clay, Active Carbon, Refractory Materials, and Dry Mortar etc.
Our machine supports customization, if you have special requirements, please let us know, our excellent engineers with 30 years experience will tailor-made packaging machinery for your factory.
• Weighing Range: 10-50 kg

• Weighing Accuracy: ± 0.2-0.6%
• Applicable Voltage: AC220V-440V 50/60HZ Three Phases and Four Poles
(local voltage and frequency be specified by clients)
• Air Source Requirement: 0.4-0.8MPa Dry Compressed Air, Total Air Consumption: 0.4m3/min
• Applicable Environment: Altitude≤2000meters, Humidity≤95% RH, Non-congealable Dew, Operating Temperature:0℃~50℃, Storage Temperature : -20℃~70℃
DCS-FCQ series packing machines use compressed air to feed material into bags. Low pressure air is used to condition the product (by fluidizing, wind conveying, or by combining both methods) and provide differential pressure necessary to move the product from the hopper to the bag. The quantity of the air is controlled through a valve on top the sealed hopper. When target value reached, the valve at the spout closes and stops the feeding. The filled bag is ready to be moved from bag holder and the machine is ready for a new circle.
They are ideal for a wide range of products such as Barite, Silicon Sand, Calcined Flint Clay, Active Carbon, Refractory Materials, and Dry Mortar etc.
