1.Radiator Impluse Experiment
Test basis: According to QC/T 468-2010
Test Methods：In the heat exchange pressure circulation testing machine, the pressure was set at 0.15Mpa, the pressure was boosted at time 2S, then was maintained at time 2S, and finally was reduced at time 2S. The total circulation time was 6S, and the medium temperature was 100℃±5℃.The test medium was a mixture of 50% water and 50% ethylene glycol.The number of trials is 100,000.
Test Standard:Radiator should not crack, off welding and leakage.
2.Radiator Blasting Experiment
Test basis: According to QC/T 468-2010
Test Methods：On the basis of 0.1Mpa ,each additional air pressure of 0.05mpa is required to maintain 30s.After the air pressure of 0.05Mpa,the incresed pressure is changed to 0.02Mpa.The test is stopped until the radiator leak or the pressure reach 0.5Mpa.
Test Standard:No Leakage and permanent deformation shall not be gteater than 1mm at radiator in the process of0.5Mpa constant pressure.
