★Ⅰ、Please don't insert sampling wires into BMS before connecting batteries, must make sure connecting with batteries correct.
★Ⅱ、 How to connect wires for BMS Notes:Please ensure to use sampling wires from HEYO! 1. From the thin black sampling wire to start 2nd thin red wire connects with the 1st battery's positive pole after to connect each cell's positive pole in order until the last on B+. 2. Don't insert the load or charger directly after the sampling wires are connected. Measure the voltage between two adjacent metal terminals on the back of the connector. If it is a Li-ion battery, the voltage should be between 3.0 ~ 4.2V, Lifepo4 battery should be between 2.0 ~ 3.6V and LTO battery should be between 1.5 ~ 2.75V. 3.After the wiring sequence and voltage to confirmed to be correct, then insert into BMS; 4.Adjust the multimeter to the buzzer position and measure the internal resistance between B - and P - when the internal resistance is 0, there will be a beep, which means that the BMS is good. Otherwise, do not weld the BMS with a battery. Please contact our customer service for support. 5.The last step to connect B- (thick blue wire) with the battery pack's total negative pole.
★Ⅲ、After wire connection: Measure whether the B + and B-voltage and B + and P-voltage of the battery are equal. That means the BMS work is normal can be used it doesn't please recheck according to the above wiring sequence. ★Ⅳ、If you have any other questions, pls contact our customer service for support.

How do I know what material OR type my battery is?
Please look at the battery body, if the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.2V, the battery is LiFePo4.If the normal voltage of your battery shows 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery is Li-ion or Li-polymer battery, You can also ask the battery manufacturer for the material of the battery.

Is this BMS suit for my battery?
How many series your cell is in your battery pack? The BMS you buy must be the same series as your battery pack.
What material your battery is? Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameters from other batteries, so if you need to buy the BMS for LiFePo4, Please let us know firstly.

What is the Common port and Separate port? what is the difference?
We take 13S 48V16A BMS as an example: common port 16A means your charge cathode and discharge cathode are connected in the same point end (our P-), charge cathode and discharge cathode are used in the common connection port, so the charge current and discharge current is the same as 16A. A separate port is separately connected by charge cathode (our C-) and discharge cathode (our P-), so the charge current anddischarge current are different, discharge current is 16A, charge current is 8A.

The relationship between battery capacity(AH or mAH) and BMS current(A)?
There is no direct relationship between battery capacity and BMS current, big capacity doesn''t mean big current but rely on continue current, that is to say, if your engine is powerful, you should choose a high current of BMS, it does not rely on battery capacity.

What type of charger should I choose?
Lithium battery must choose specific charger, don''t use charger for a lead-acid battery, for lead-acid charger may have MOS with high-pressure breakdown protection, which will not protect of BMS overcharge. LiFePo4 battery charger voltage = number of battery strings X 3.6V, while Li-ion battery charger voltage = number of battery strings X 4.2V.
