Common Packing Way Details :

All our products are base on food grade standards, we have more than 300 different models, we can not make all the testing report for them. As usually, we provide free testing samples for testing by buyers.

If the first testing cannot pass, we will pay the second or more times testing cost until it pass.

A: We are factory.

A: Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

A: Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free, however a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sampls charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free but freight collected. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.

Q: How many colors are available?
A: PSM colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.

Q: Which kinds of Certificate would you have?
A: BPA FREE, U.S food grade, LFGB, REACH

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
