| 1.Automatic Temperature Compensation |
| Collecting the inner temperature of the battery and outside by thermal electron,the charger will adjust the charge voltage automatically.Make sure the battery do not underfilling and over charge. |
| 2. Automatic Equalizied Charging |
Assure the each cell of the battery pack equalized charged, no owe charge or over charge.Make sure the battery pack life span. |
| 3. Overheat Protection |
| Automaticllly adjust charging current and enhance the spinning of the fan when the temperature is over 75℃; recover to normal charging when the temperature reach the ideal level. |
| 4. Short Circuit Protection |
| Identification and action-taken automatically of the internal control circuit when short-circuit happened. |
| 5. Reverse Polarity Protection |
| Not starting charging when the polarity is reversed. No damage to the battery and charger. |
| 6. Low Input Voltage & Over Voltage Protection |
| When the input voltage is lower(15%) or higher(15%) than the normal charging voltage range, the self-protection function is activated. Once is input voltage is noraml, the charger get back to work automatically. |
- Charging step:
Step 1: Constant current charge: Automatically adjust the charge voltage, the battery will be charged in a constant current to
prevent the injury from high current. The Battery will be charged to 85%-90%.
Step 2: Constant voltage charge: After step 2, the battery voltage will stay in a constant level.
We are strictly control this voltage. Because the battery will be water loss and overcharge in high voltage.
Step 3: Equalizing charge. Make sure each cell is fully and same charged.
Step 4: Floating charge, when the battery almost fully charged, our charger will step to floating charge.
In this step, our charger will charge the battery in a very small current to protect the battery over charge.
