Q:How do I know if the hair is human hair?

Q:Why does you have so many different different quality of hair?

A:Because the customer needs in different markets are different, some customers need cheap, some customers need high quality, and some customers like to dye special colors, so we prepare a lot of different grades of hair to meet the needs of each customer.

Q:What determines the price of hair?

A:The factors that determine hair price are texture, thick, length, and dyeing color.

About texture, it can be divided into non-remy, remy and braid. The non-remy can be used for 3-6 months, remy can be used for 6-12 months, and braid can be used for 1-2 years. Non-remy hair is easy tangle and shedding, braid hair price is very high, most consumer often choice remy hair.

About thick, one bundle is composed of different length of hair, long hair and short hair,  more long hair will more expensive, feels the more thicker, you will find that the smaller the head weft hair is often the more expensive.

From dyeing color, hair can be dyed to lighter color often more expensive.

Q:Why don't you sell very cheap hair?

A:very cheap hair with a very thin end and a very big head, and the use of the worst texture hair, which factory often mix with a lot of chemical fiber and animal hair, this product often has a lot of complaints. Our each salesman contact with more than 200 customers each day. Q:What is remy hair?

A:Remy hair refers to the hair that is cuticle aligned and complete hair , non-remyhair because cuticle is incongruous, often tangle easily, cuticle is incomplete often be pulled to cause shedding easily, remy hair because have complete and cuticle aligned, so not easy tangle, not easy dry up, not easy to be pulled to cause shedding.Many manufacturers sell remy hair very expensive, but the price of remy hair which we sell is the same as the price of non-remy hair. Q:What is the different between 1b-natural and natural color?

A:1b-natural color is 1b color and can be dye to 30# color. More black shiny and more cheap.

Natural color is off black color, a little brown. It can be dye to 27# color and will dye faster than 1b-natural. But expensive.

Q:How to measure hair?

A:Hair bundle needs to be measured after stretching into straight.

The closure,frontal, and 360 has two measurements, one from the top of lace and one from the end of lace.

A:Because our account manager contacts more than 200 customers a day and sell more than 30000 bundles each month. If each customer gives a different discount, it will cause a lot of trouble, and our boss will give the lowest price to each customer, Whether you want one or ten thousand.

Q:How much hair can we sell in the market?

A:Retailers sell at three times of our factory price, but lower profits can often help you sell better.

Q:Why the shipping fee is so high?

A:Because the express first 0.5KG is very expensive , so i suggest you buy more hair every time, and it will save some of shipping fee.  For example 4 bundles shipping to USA need $20 shipping fee, and per bundle need $5 shipping fee.  If you buy 200 bundles, they shipping to USA just need $200, so each bundle just need $1 shipping fee.

Q:What kind of transportation do you have?

A:Express: DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT/ARAMEX/DPEX/SF

Air freight: the freight is 50% of express, $0.6-1 each bundle included tax.

Sea transportation: more than 1,000 products can be shipped by sea,and just 30% of the cost of air transportation, $0.2-0.30 each item, included tax and home delivery.
