After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.

The silicone tube with led neon inside, you confirm the led color, length for each piece, output cable length, 12V or 24V, so that we can know your needs better, and we will arrange the production of your led neon rope as soon as possible.

6) What about the transportation and delivery date?
