 Installation ( divided into three steps)
a. Connection of pipes:
Generally, the length of the pipe is 2 meters per root and 3 meters per root. The method of connection is the inserting connection method. First, pick up an inclinometer tube, put on the bottom cover on the end without external joints, and use three M4× 10 Tighten the self-tapping screw, (this is the bottom pipe of each hole), you can run the pipe into the hole. In the next section, insert a pipe into the outer joint. At this time, you must pay attention to it. Insert it until the pipe ends are connected in plane, and then fix it with three M4×10 self-tapping screws. Only when the joint is connected, connect to the required length by this method.
b. Adjust the direction:
After the pipe is installed in place, you need to adjust the direction before backfilling. The requirement for the direction adjustment is that there are two pairs of grooves on the inner wall of the pipe. First, you need to remove the outer joint on the inclinometer tube above the orifice (loosen three Only the screws can be removed) in order to see the grooves in the tube clearly. Just put a pair of grooves in the tube perpendicular to the measuring surface. It can be done by rotating the tube. When one person cannot turn, multiple people can help and rotate. You can first lift the tube up and then turn it to align. After aligning, press the tube in place, the direction will be adjusted and the cover will be closed, and the screw can be backfilled.
c. To backfill the hole, two points need to be paid special attention to:
1. In order to reduce the buoyancy of the pipe, you can fill the pipe with clean water (tap water, river water, etc.) while down the pipe and fill it with clean water until it can be placed in place smoothly. Do not put too much clean water, otherwise the pipe will sink quickly, making people unable to grasp and fall into the hole, unable to continue working. But after all the pipes (one hole) are down to the position, be sure to fill up with clean water, this can reduce the mud entering the pipe to form precipitation.
2. There is a pair of grooves on the outside of the inclinometer tube, this groove is eccentric (to ensure the accuracy of the inclinometer tube, minimize the torsion angle, so that the connection method is connected according to the production direction of the pipe) and the convex groove in the outer joint If the tube is inserted after mating, if it cannot be inserted, the tube can be inserted smoothly by turning the tube in one direction, because this connection method can only be inserted in one direction and cannot be inserted in the other directions.
