Sample cost will be refundable and deducted from bulk order.
Q2.How long is your delivery ( lead )time?
A2:Delivery lead time:3-5work days for Stock goods/20-25work days for custom design.
Delivery time:5-8 work days for DHL,Fedex,TNT ,UPS etc/15-25work days for EMS.
Q3. Is it OK to print my LOGO on the Product/Package?
A3:Yes,please kindly let us know your logo details and we will make draft design for you.
Q4.If I have my own design, can you make it?
A4:Sure,Our factory is specialized in manufacturing Jewelry .
We do support OEM and ODM, just please send your design and requirement (size,color,material,etc),and give you feedback as soon as possible.
Q5.What's your the Minimum order quantity?
A5:10pcs for stock items,more than 360pcs for custom designs.
You could mix colors and styles for one order.
Q6. What is your terms of payment for bulk orders?
A6:30% deposit before mass production,and then the balance payment before shipping, we will send you the pictures of ready goods for approval.
Q7.I am seller on internet,can you provide Pictures or FBA Service?
A7:Yes,we will send you HD pics after order and put your labels on goods,then ship it to Amazon warehouse or somewhere else.
Q8.How long the colors of plating last (gold and silver)?
A8:There are two kinds of plating from our factory:
One is normal plating,which the color could keep serval days,depends on wearing way.
Another is real gold plating,which the color could keep years,we could make any plating as you want for custom order.
Q9.How about your after-sales service?
A9:Our professional worker will check each goods and pack it carefully before delivery,and choose an reliable shipping company.
If you find any goods has damaged,pls kindly send pics to us within 2 days,we will return the money of damaged goods.
