A1: Winna is a professional manufacturer for adapter, transformer, charger, USB charger, power supply, AC adapter, etc., which factory is located in Chang'an, Dongguan, Guangdong covering an area of 3000m² and our major manufacturing site is located in Zaozhuang, Shandong, with 500 employees in total.

Q2: Do you offer samples for testing?

A2: Yes we do. We can provide 2~5pcs of samples free of charge but express fees will be paid by you.

Q3: Are OEM or ODM available?

A3: Yes, we provide customized products according to your special requirements including using your design, your company brand and logo, etc.

Q4: What is sample lead time and mass production lead time?

A4: It takes about 2~4 days for sample lead time and 25 days for mass production.

Q5: How long are your products guaranteed?

A5: All of the electronic products sold by Winna Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. have one year guaranty.

Q6: What certificates do you have?

Q7: What's your payment terms?

A7: Our normal payment term is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment via T/T, Alibaba, Western Union, etc. For long time cooperation, the payment terms can be confirmed by negotiation.
