1. Large throughput,be up to 6m³/h---500m³/h;

2. Low energy consumption, with the aid of frictions between the materials ,the friction force can push the materials forward ,so the power can be saved 40% to 50% than screw conveyor;

3. Good tightness and safety ,reducing the materials to overflow;

4. Long service life. The chain had been specially treated by heat treatment. The quenching process makes the service life of the chain be more than five years.

5. Reasonable arrangement process, material can be feed and discharged from many holes.

1)How to choose the suitable machine for you:

     a.  How much about the throughput? Such as 50t/h,100t/h,200t/h etc

     b.  What’s material you need conveying? Such as coal, cement, stone, grain etc.

2) How long does the whole procedure being worked out?

      After you place a order,the production handling time is about 15-20 days. We need 7-10 days to pack and arrange delivery then 25 working days on average.

      After production finished, you can come to visit our factory to check the quality or we send you the pictures and videos of finished products by email. Also, the third-party inspection is accepted too.
