Q 3: What's your MOQ?
A 3: There is NO MOQ for RTS items. and MOQ in custom is 100pcs (Negotiable);
Q 4: Why the price in custom is higher than the price on the website?
A 4: Price on the web is for the goods which are ready to ship with our factories logos. As we made thousands of the products that every steps in the lowest costs. Cheaper prices with bigger quantity order. So we suggest to increase the quantity for the order.
Q 5: Can i get a sample? and What's the sample charges?
A 5: Yes! Sample is available. We will charge Triple times of the FOB price as sample fee. For example, if the price for bulk production is $10/pc, sample charges will be $30/pc. (shipping charges is not included), but we will turn back $30/pc in bulk production if order quantity is more than 200pcs.
Q 6: What's the delivery time for samples and bulk production?
A 6: Our delivery time for samples is 7-10days. And 20-30days for bulk production;
Q 7: How about the shipping?
A 7: Shipping by sea and by air will be DDP service, Shipping by express will be DAP service, buyer need to pay import duty.
Q 8: Will you do inspection before shipment?
A 8: Yes! We will strictly do 100% inspection before shipment.
