Q1: Are you brand, broker or factory?
A: We are Ningbo Top Garment. We have our own factory. We produce clothing for many customers all over Europe, America, Japan and Australia.
Q2: Do you have any Certificate?
A: Our factory is BSCI audited. Also we can give certificates for organic and/or recycled fabrics.
Q3: How is your quality control?
A: We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products. Every working procedure is monitored by our inhouse specialists to ensure the high quality of our products. The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.
Q4: Is it possible to order less than your MOQ?
A: Yes,you can combine different styles in same fabric and color to meet our MOQ.
Q5: Is it possible to get a free sample?

Q7: Can you do as OEM & ODM / customized products?
A: Yes, we can do in your color / size / fabric / design. We can customize products as per your request or sample. You can email us to tell us the detailed information about the new product, such as the photos, size,material and quantity you prefer, and then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ. And if possible, please send samples to us and so that we can make sure that we can make the product mostly same as the sample.
Q8: What should I do if the goods I received have problem?
A: Generally each order need to be processed with many steps by several departments until arrive at you. We are trying our best to control all of the departments to make a good job to make sure our customers can receive the goods with satisfaction. But sometimes mistake might happen due to some staffs mistake or transport problem, we are always trying our best to improve our team and service, as well as other aspects.
