1.If the order quantity is not large, can production be accepted?
A: We do accept small quantity orders, and won’t reduce the quality due to the small quantity. Once the order is accepted, the production will be completed wholeheartedly.
2.If I don't know what kind of terminal should be used with the selected wire diameter, how can I solve it?
A: After determining the wire diameter, then select the terminal and confirm the connection method (wire-to-wire or wire-to-board).Then we can process sample manufacturing and testing. After confirming that it is applicable, the production will be officially produced.
3.Are there RTS (Ready to ship) products for purchase? If not, how long is the lead time?
A: We do not have RTS products for retail, all of which are OEM services. The lead time in generally about four to five weeks and depends on the difficulty of material acquisition and processing, excluding the days of pre-consultation and sample production.
4.Can you provide samples?
A: We do provide 3 to 5 free samples. If there is a demand for samples exceeding this quantity, please contact our sales manager.
5.What is the order process?
A: Specification discussion - Price calculation - Engineering drawings - Sample confirmation - Place order and production - OQC and shipment.
