We are located in Huzhou China and owns a factory in Zhangzhou, Fujian. The company owns Zhangzhou Vonssen Furniture, a factory, in Zhangzhou. Though we are new to Alibaba, we have a team with average 5 years experience in furniture business. We firmly believe that we have outstand products with reasonable prices. Our products are widely recognized and welcomed on Amazon, ebay, and THD. About 80% of our business are coming from online sellers. Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: Manfufacturer. We are ownd 100% by Zhangzhou Vonssen Furniture, which is professional furniture factory with both OEM and ODM capabilities.
Q: What is the MOQ
A: MOQ depends on our clients demands, we welcome trial order before mass production. On regularly basis, our products usually have MOQ around 150 to 200 pieces. We do have warehouse overseas, you can feel free to place orders on our stock products.
Q: How does your factory make sure the product quality?
A: First, we will prepare samples for approval, Second, after getting approvalled, our team will set up a process craft , and form a inside drawing to follow it.Third, durning production, we have FQC, IQC ,IPQC and OQC to control the quality.Forth, We will final check before shipping to avoid any problem.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T, ali-pay, paypal, cash, and Alitrust system. However we do recommend payment through Alibaba or 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
Q:Wonder if you accept small orders?
A: Yes we do. General speaking furniture manufacturing requires 150 to 200 pieces as MOQ. However, we are able to offer lower MOQ. Feel free to contact us, we are happy to assist.
Q:Can you send products to my country?
A: Sure,we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you. Vonssen owns a ship forwarder. We could provide you with best price possible.
Q:Can you do OEM for me?
A: We accept all OEM or ODM orders. You can either provide us with even a hand-draft. We are able to offer you a sample based on that.
Q: How can I place the order?
A: Contac us through alibaba or send us an email at vonssen@163.com. We can start from there. In general, the order processing time will only take 2 to 3 hours.
Q: When can I get the quotation ?
A: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could process your inquiry priority.
