Green PP plastic film faced plywood is a new developed formwork plywood which widely used for construction concrete formwork. It has many advantages compared with iron formwork and common film faced plywood. The advantages are as below: 1. The biggest size of the film faced plywood is 1250x2500mm, which could decrease the number of the joints and increase the working efficiency. 2. Light weight, It's more suitable for high-rise building and bridge construction. 3. It can be used for more than 25 times if used and stocked correctly, which can save the cost greatly. 4. It can keep the surface smooth and beautiful when used for pouring, and you don't need to plaster the wall for second time, as it can decorate directly that can decrease the construction period 30%. 5. It will not pollute the surface of the concrete, but iron formwork has the disadvantages of rusty and erosive, ect. 6. It is good for construction in winter that it can be used as template for curved surface. 7. It is better than bamboo plywood and small steel plywood in terms of nailing, sawing and drilling. It can be processed to template with all shapes according to needs. |

1*40'HQ is just our advised trial order quantity. Because the average cost of 40'HQ is much less than 20'GP, so that we can give you a much more favorable price. But 1*20'GP is also available.
4. Q: What's your supply capacity?
Generally, our factory's capacity is 5000m3 per month. But for special large quantity order, we can produce more than it. Don't worry about this.
5. Q: How can we trust your quality?
There are many ways to check quality. Such as, send sample, visit factory, etc. Our advice is that visit factory is the best way to check quality.
6. Q: What are your payment terms?
We accept both T/T payment and irrevocable L/C at sight. For the T/T payment, we accept 30% prepayment in advance and the balance payable against copy of B/L.
7. Q: What is your delivery lead time?
Generally, we can deliver the goods to you within 15~20 days after receiving your 30% prepayment or original L/C.
