Normally, our MOQ for an orderis 2 pcs with diferent styles.Can I get a sample?
Yes, you need to pay the sample fee and the shipping fee. We will take off the sample fee from your next order.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your orders. It's possible to do this before your order is processed. Please contact us ASAP and we'll see what we can do.
How long does the delivery take?
We need 1-3 days to process the order at our warehouse once the order is placed. It takes about 3-5 business days of the transit time after creating the tracking number. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
What if I have not received part of my order?
If you are missing part of your order, it s possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. Please contact us anytime to check out.
What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unused. We don't create the shipping label.
