Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?A1: Precisely, we are both. We have 2k+ sq meters of production line, and 1.5k sq meters of stock which ensures fast delivery. Located in Quanzhou Industrial Zone ,we are in deep cooperation with 10+ manufacturers, which enables us to provide a wide range of styles and make 50+ new designs monthly.
Q2: Do you support OEM/ODM?
A2: Yes. We can print your logo on the products (screen printing, heat transfer printing, gas sublimation printing..etc) .
Q3: About sample.
A3: Samples will be ready in 3 days for wholesale order, and 7-20 days for OEM/ODM order. Sample fees and shipping cost will be charged, but would be returned after bulk order placed.
Q4: What’s the delivery time?
A4: We can deliver within 3 days for wholesale orders ,and 20-45 days for OEM/ODM (depends on the quantity). In case of delay, we will keep you informed about the status and solutions in advance .
Q5: What is the minimum order?
A5: No MOQ for wholesale (1 pair accepted), and 3000pairs/design for OEM/ODM.
Q6: What is your terms of payment?
A6: Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union, Moneygram,Paypal,L/C.
Q7: How about your company's quality control?
A7: We have professional QA & QC team to fully track the orders from the beginning to the very end, such as checking the material,supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods.
Q8: Can you lower the shipping cost ?
A8: We will always choose the cheapest and safest courier when calculating the shipping cost for you. Although we have partnership with shipping companies ,we can't keep lowering the cost since it's not us who take the money. If you think it's expensive for you, you can always make your own choice.
Q9: Return Policy
A9: If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the items. The items returned should be kept in their original status and you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred.
