1.Are you a trading company or a factory?
We are a professional factory, engaged in weighing business more than 17 years.
2.Can I buy a sample to check quality?
We have several items in stock. The MOQ is one carton (4 pieces). You can select the configuration you need to test the product quality. But it need to be charged the freight.
3.Can I get products of my own design?
Yes. If the order quantity reaches 600pcs, we can customize the products for you with your design, including the product surface stickers, packaging materials and so on.
4.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 20 to 25 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry three months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
5.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. There are many forwarders cooperate with us, so we have price advantage in shipping, welcome to ask us about freight cost.
6.What is your payment terms?
TT, LC and Cash are acceptable. Payment Term is 30% deposit, balance against BL copy.
