A: T/T 30% in advance as deposit, and T/T 70% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

We give one year warranty (two years for the aluminum frame).

Before assembling, we 100% test each main part, like battery, charger, controller, LCD and motor.

After assembled, we ride each e-bike for at least 10 minutes, and age it for 8 hours.
