The Principle in laser treatment of EVLT

Intravenous laser varicose vein surgery is an operation that uses heat from 1470nm laser to reduce varicose veins. Varicose veins are enlarged, usually bulging on the thigh or calf. A laser is a device that emits a beam of radiation in the form of light.
1470nm laser surgery closes and shrinks varicose veins and creates scar tissue in the blood vessels. This will seal the vein. The blood then flows through other nearby veins.

Symptoms
