Q1: Can I get one sample to test? Should I pay for it?
Of course you can buy a sample first for test, just tell us demand and product model that you want! You only have to bear the
shipping cost. Sample cost would be refunded as soon as you place the official order.

We are a professional factory with a long manufacturing history since 2000,you are warmly welcome to take a personal visit to our
workshop. Our company has its own R & D team, OEM & ODM & OBM are available.
Q3: When could I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,please call us or tell us in
your email, so that we would regard your inquiry priority.
Q4: Do you accept small orders?
Pls feel free to contact us no matter how many products you want, we will try our best to get the best price for you.
Q5: What is the delivery time?
Sample time 2 - 7 days, will arrive in 3 - 7 working days. Mass production 15 - 40 days after receive the deposit, it also depends
on the amount of the orders.
Q6: How should I pay for you if I place order to you?
Usually, the Payment terms Paypal, T/T, Visa, West Union could be accepted. 30% deposit in advance, 70% paid before the shipment.
Q7: Can I appoint the color or have my own logo in the product?
OEM & ODM are welcomed if the QTY is more than 500PCS.
Q8: How to inspect the product during production?
We have QC department to follow raw material ,printed fabric, finished inspection. Special inspection instrument in the lab to do
necessary test. 3rd party inspection report to be done.
Q9: What is the total price include shipping cost?
The total price is based on the design of the product and the requirements of the customer, all subject to the final
calculation.Please contact us to get a quotation.
Q10: What is your warranty?
We offer you 12 months warranty. Hard shell car rooftop tent will upgrade to 24 months warranty.
