1. How many days for dispatch after order?

Normally within 5 days.

2.Can I get a sample before placing the order?

Yes, we shall offer free sample and you just cover the shipping.

3. What's your MOQ for Customize? 

Our regular MOQ is 1000 pcs of each custom design. For stock design, also accept lower quantity. For more details, do not hesitate to contact us.

4.What are your price terms?

For RTS products, we normally use Door to Door terms to deal.
Besides that, we usually offer EXW, FOB, CNF or CIF Price. For special price terms requirement, please confirm with us again.

5.What are your payment terms?

Alipay, Trade Assurance, Pay-Later, Western Union, PayPal and Cash are all acceptable.

We could accept other payment terms for customer's needs.

6.How about the delivery time?

For sample order, it will take about 5-7 days. For mass production, it will take 20-25 days in general.

7.What's your packing styles?

1pc/poly bag first, then 10pcs/big poly bag, around 100pcs/carton, depends on product itself.
