1. What is your best price for this watch?

• The price is negotiable. It can change according to your quantity or package. So when you inquiry, why not show the details and needs more clearly for the better feedback.

2. What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?

• For customized style, we usually require MOQ for 300 PCS per model per color.
• If you wanna mix styles and colors, the cost surely will be slightly higher than that.

3. What's the delivery time?

• For products in stock, the lead time is 3 days once details confirmed.
• For customized order, quantity within 3000PCs, production time is 25-40 days after confirm details.
• Above 3000 PCS, please contact us directly.

4. Can we mark our own logo on the watch?

• Yes, we can make the logo for you. Usually the logo can be marked on dial, case back, crown or buckle, depending on customers’needs.

5. What about the warranty?

• We are confident in our quality and packing, the goods are all in good condition when clients received. But to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest that you check the watches once you receive them, and let us know thedetails if there is any damaged ones, so that we can deal with it accordingly and immediately.
