Why we can only trust the portable oxygen bar of our company  ?

1. Quality of oxygen and accessories. It is very hard and strict to apply for the qualification to open oxygen products co., LTD.in China . The state is also strict about our management and supervision, the same like western countries. The national requirements for oxygen and accessories must reach the level of international supplies.Oxygen products co., LTD., need to purchase a large liquid oxygen tank to store oxygen (pictured above), we use the plastic accessories must also be safe environmental protection PC or PP. We must have all certificates and reports of the oxygen and porducts accessories as the record,then we could Purchase raw materials,and government officials will check our factory frequently. The oxygen product company is the guarantee of quality.

But some Chinese companies start to make the portable oxygen bar without oxygen device business license. Because they no oxygen device business license, they can't get high level oxygen, so they can only use industrial oxygen that cheaper and easier to get. And as far as we know, there are factories that have purchased recycled materials (discarded straws, used disposable products) to process the plastic accessories (mask, nozzle, cover)

The harm of industrial oxygen: industrial oxygen containing carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, acetylene, inhalation of words will lead to users of the upper respiratory tract injury and nasal mucous membrane injury, nose will flow clear after nasal mucosa damage, injury of lower respiratory tract can cause respiratory tract mucosa edema, airway and ventilation dysfunction, difficulty breathing, hypoxemia, serious life-threatening.

The hazards of PVC: Most of the raw materials are form discarded straw and used disposable products,They have titanium and aluminum and there are also high levels of harmful chemicals such as benzene and Pyrazine, Phthalates and so on. They are all strong volatile and carcinogenic.

 2. Clean standards of price environment. We use the GMP (standard for food and drug production). The distribution of the room is a straight line in the GMP workshop, from inside to outside: changing room, microbial laboratory, disinfection room, filling workshop, packaging workshop.

GMP workshop introduction :

(1)Changing room:  only workers can enter the GMP workshop, and they must change into a disposable sterile isolates and foot jackets before they enter the workshop.Other anyone cannot enter the workshop,  people only could watch the production process form the glass window on the workshop wall.

(2)Microbiology laboratory:  we cultivate and research microbes in here. We will get our products shelf life, product formulation ... in this room.

(3)Disinfection room:  we will bring the empty cans and all accessories in the UV and ozone disinfection for a full day .

(4)Filling workshop: all persons must be equipped with gloves and masks, which should be produced according to GMP standard

(5)Packing workshop:  after labeling machine and sealing the CTN. We will put the CTNS on slide down to the warehouse.

Many small factories without any sterile measures and they also could not wear gloves and masks.So we saw the dust, sweat, bacteria and so on are flying into the cans,

It will polluted quality of oxygen in the bottle seriously.

Low risk of filling sanitation standard:it will result in the products from spoiling in 3 to 4 months and make very bad smell,we meeted this matter so much.

3.In conclusion,not all so many factories of the portable oxygen bar can be used and go to sell them, If this kind unsafe products doesn't get any bed reply form terminal customers ,that's very luck.

But if the products have some problem, we think you may lose much money.
