1. Capsules Denester Device
According to the capsules stackable or unstackable, we can use the vertical type capsules feeding method or an extra empty capsules elevator and the centrifugal capsules sorter.
2. Capsule Filling & Powder Tamping Station
* After the capsules were placed inside the machine module plates, there's a photoelectric sensor to detect the capsules. No capsules, No Filling, No tamping or no sealing.
* With Servo auger filling system
* With powder tamping to flat the powder surface and clean the capsules top rim for a better sealing effect.
* With optional UV sterilization lamp and anti-static device for clean filling and better filling accuracy.
3. Nitrogen Tunnel
* With Nitrogen Flushing tunnel to make a Nitrogen Nitrogen environment and injecting the Nitrogen inside the capsules to prolong the coffee powder shelf life.
* With Nitrogen flushing point inside the hopper to make a permanent Nitrogen environment.
4. Servo Auger Filling System
* With Schneider Servo auger filling system, the filling accuracy is much more accurate.
* With Stepper motor mixing system to flat the power level

5. Rolled Foil Lids Cutting Sealing System
* With Schneider Servo motor to unwind the rolled foil, and cutting down the rolled foil lids and seal it onto the capsules rim.
