2020New Arrival Rotary Table High Frequency Canvas Welding Machine
High frequency (HF) welding process, also known as Radio Frequency (RF) and Dielectric welding, consists of amalgamation of material by supplying HF energy in the form of an electromagnetic field (27.12 MHz) which is normally applied between two metal electrodes, plates or moulds. HF welding is accompanied with certain pressure on the material surfaces to be joined. For this purpose the HF welding machine are constructed.
PVC and PU is the most common thermoplastic High Frequency welding material. High frequency welding can also apply on other machine application such as polymers, including nylon (Nylon), EVA, PEVA, PET, PETG, APET and some ABS resin. Nylon (Nylon) and PET require using electric equipment together with warm-frequency welding machine to enable processing.
Features and Function
1.Anti-spark electric device When the spark occurring, the high sensitiveness spark electric protection system will cut the high frequency power immediately to protect the mould and material.
2.Jamming prevention device High frequency welding machine equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor, this device provide leakage of electron magnetic radiation to avoid jamming other electrical instruments such as television and radios etc.
3.Safety device When the current exceeds its limit, the overload relay functions automatically to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier. Frequency deviation caused by misoperation is also prevented.
4.High power welder High frequency welding machine using a special designed mechanism, the maximum pressure of foot pedal can reach up to 400KGS so as to meet most operating conditions. The high quality components make these machines work very smoothly and precisely.
5.Easy tuning and special protection circuit The selectable output power ensured a stable quality of the products for it could reduce the heating time when joining is being carried out.
6.Easily adjustable tuner High frequency welding machine output power can be adjusted at the tuner according to electrode size and material thickness. In addition, other control devices and special electrical circuits have cut down required welding time considerably to raise the machine productivity.
7.Adjustment for the distance on the machine head High frequency welding machine adjust the distance on the machine head if practical as the mould size and height are different. Save working load while processing accuracy can reach to 98%.
Advantages.
1.The great advantage of HF welding is the speed of welding: the material is heated from the inside and fuses quickly, within few seconds.
2.In comparison with high frequency, in all other kinds of welding methods (with filaments, hot air or infrared radiation) the heat has to be added from the outside. It means the heat must first penetrate the material in order to make it plastic enough to form a weld. The main risk of this kind of treatment is burning the top layer of welded material.
3.In a high frequency field some materials generate more heat than others, and are therefore more suitable for HF welding. This has to do with the extent to which the molecules of the material allow themselves to vibrate as a result of the HF field. This is known as the loss factor of the material. The greater the loss factor of the material, the easier it is to weld the material using high frequency equipment. Particularly easy to weld are thermoplastics, such as PVC and PU; these materials are specifically welded using high-frequency welding machines. PE and other hard plastics are much more difficult to weld with HF method..
