A:You can ride self-balancing scooter for approximately 25 Km, at 16 Km per hour, and the lithium-ion battery can be fully recharged in 1 hour. As with hybrid cars, the battery recaptures energy when going downhill or slowing down.

Warranty Rules

Please keep warranty card and receipt as proof of purchase. All damages and fault caused by materials and Chuangxin self-balancing scooter’s quality, we will provide after sale service as following:

 1)  The Chuangxin self-balancing scooter(except battery and consumables) will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of purchaser’s purchase.

 2)  Battery will be warranty for half a year since the date of purchase, inside tyers and out tyers are consumables, will be warranty for one month.
