Our common safe packing method is that, each pcs is wrapped with PE foam, then several pcs into 1 inner box, then several pcs into 1 inner box, then several inner boxes into 1 master ctn. customized packing is also welcomed.

Q1. Can I get samples ?

A: Sure.We usually provide small quantity for existing sample for free, if you need many styles of samples, then samples fee needs to be charged.We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account.

A: Usually our MOQ is 600 pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel easy to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost reasonably ,hoping you can place lager orders after checking quality of our products and knowing our service.

Q3. How long is the mass production lead time?

A:Normally speaking, 20-35days in low season time, but 35-60days in high season time for glass/resin x’mas ornaments; while it’s usual 35day for big resin products. It still needs to depends on the specific date of your formal order is placed.

A:30% paid in advance ,70% paid before cargos ex-factory. For OEM/ODM designs, R&D charge needs to be 100%prepaid before we proceed.

A: For the damage products, we will find the reasons, if the master ctns are not damaged and deformed, then we will replace them for you on the your next order.
