A: The inks we supply are of high quality due to many times of rigorous tests in our machine, so problems like jam print head or bad printing effect will not occur. If problem about ink occurs, we will judge it soon and then take the responsibility if it is our fault.

A: The machine is already equipped with both the controlling software and RIP software. Also the maintop RIP software and photo print are optional.

A: We supply 1-year(12monthes) free warranty for the printer and electric boards. Within 1 year, if theboards have any problems, please send the defective board to us and we will repair it soon. (Printhead and consumable parts are not included.)
