1. When could I get a quotation?

Our working time is 9:00 to 12::00 a.m. 14:00 to 18:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

2. Can you do a design for us?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry them out. It doesn't matter if you do not have completed files, send us high resolution images, or the content or logo you wanna to print, tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will finish files and confirm it with you.

3. Do you have the ability to print our business name and logo on the product/packaging?
Yes. We can. We can do silkscreen printing logo on the wood and also can do heat stamp logo on the wood for you
For the packaging, we can print your logo on both side of the box 

4. How long will it take to manufacture and package under different Qty.?
About 35 to 45 days according to different order Qty.

5. May we get a sample of the product and how much will you charge?
Yes, we are glad to prepare sample for you.
For small and low cost sample, we will not ask for sample charge
But if there will have mold charge or printing plate charge, we will ask for those cost from you
For sample charge, we will refund it back to you once you placed order
And delivery charge is paid by buyer

30% deposit in advance by T/T. Balance 70% against copy of B/L
